At Qualisys Consulting, we are proud to have successfully completed a strategic and complex assignment for the Ghana Free Zones Authority (GFZA), from July 2023 to June 2024. This project enabled the digital transformation of their management system through the development of a digital Guichet Unique.

Mission achievements

Our assignment began with a needs assessment phase, aimed at understanding GFZA's specific requirements. This was followed by the design of a bespoke solution. We defined the functional and technical specifications, as well as the infrastructure requirements to ensure optimum accessibility and high performance for all stakeholders.

The Guichet Unique system we have designed and developed incorporates several essential modules:

• Customer portal

• Application and registration management

• Document management system (DMS)

• Inspection, planning and compliance monitoring

• Service payment module

• Asset and land management

• Reporting services and user management

We have also developed a mobile application (Android and iOS) for easy access to the platform, as well as a dynamic back-end interface for efficient management of content and processes.

A robust and secure solution

As well as developing the platform, we configured the necessary software and hardware, including security and backup solutions to ensure the system's reliability. Full functional testing (integration and user validation tests) was carried out to ensure that the system fully met GFZA's expectations.
