The AFCTCA is an African intergovernmental organization which aims to create a single market for goods and services in Africa. The AFCTCA's objective is to boost intra-African trade by eliminating tariff and non-tariff barriers, facilitating the free movement of people and goods, promoting investment and enhancing the competitiveness of African businesses. The AFCTCA also aims to promote Africa's economic development by creating jobs, increasing African exports and attracting foreign investment. UNECA
UNECA (United Nations Economic Commission for Africa) is a United Nations organization that works on economic and development issues in Africa. UNECA's mission is to promote economic and social development in Africa, with a focus on achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Union's Agenda 2063. To achieve this objective, UNECA provides economic analysis and policy advice to governments and development partners in Africa. UNECA also works to build the capacity of African governments to develop and implement effective economic and social policies, promote regional cooperation and mobilize resources for sustainable development in Africa.
