QUALISYS Consulting
is managed by a Board of Directors which appoints officers responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the company. The company also has a management advisory committee made up of personalities from the business and education worlds who advise the management team of QUALISYS Consulting.
The operations of QUALISYS Consulting are divided into two (02) Departments including the consulting department and the technology department.
The consultancy department is organized into Intervention Units (a unit in charge of carrying out consultancy assignments and a unit in charge of training assignments) and Areas of activity. The manager of each area is responsible for maintaining the range of consulting and training offerings produced by the area, and ensuring that QUALISYS Consulting has the right associates with the experience and skills to meet the changing needs of the area market.
Our current consulting areas are:
❖ Area of Business Process Transformation;
❖ Domain of Digital Transformation and IS;
❖ Area of Business Agility and Project Management;
❖ Domain of Audit, IT Risks and Information Security;
❖ Field of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
The Technologies department, in charge of all the firm's technological operations and organized by intervention units including the Solution delivery unit , responsible for implementing digital solutions; the Product Development unit, responsible for managing the product cycle implemented within the firm; and ; the digital infrastructure unit.
The commercial department of Qualisys Consulting is subdivided into a marketing and communication unit and business development units spread throughout Africa, the Middle East and the United States.
QUALISYS Consulting has regional business centers in the Five (5) corners of Africa and an international office based in the United States. The current regional business centers are :
❖ Dakar — Senegal - HQ and the North Africa region
❖ Abuja – Nigeria – Nigeria and English-speaking West African countries
❖ Abidjan, Ivory Coast
❖ Lomé – Togo, French-speaking countries of West Africa
❖ Port Louis – Mauritania, Eastern and Southern Africa region
❖ Yaoundé – Cameroon – Central Africa Region
❖ Atlanta – USA – North America, Europe and Middle East
QUALISYS Consulting has business managers in certain countries where there are no offices: Benin, South Africa, Rwanda, Tunisia, Kenya, Djibouti, Niger, Guinea, Gabon.
QUALISYS Consulting has a Support department responsible for supporting the other departments in carrying out their various activities and ensuring the smooth running of the company.
The firm's support department consists of the following units:
❖ The PMO Support unit, responsible for developing, maintaining, supporting and monitoring standards and best practices for effective project management within the firm;
❖ The Finance and Accounting unit, responsible for consolidating financial data and supporting strategic decision-making.
❖ The HR unit responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified personnel and their effective use in order to promote the operation of the firm and improve its performance
❖ The IT Support unit, primarily responsible for developing the firm's internal and external communication and collaboration platforms.
