BUSINESS Transformation

Enterprise transformation is a change management strategy that can be defined as any change, realignment, or fundamental change in business operations. The goal is to make changes to processes, people, or systems (technology) to better align the business with its strategy and commercial vision.

There are many reasons why a company might consider a transformation, such as new technologies, changes within the market, low profit and low revenue, or a merger and acquisition.

This can involve changes throughout the organization, for example when integrating the two companies involved in a merger or acquisition. Or it may involve a change in a specific function, such as IT, human resources, or finance. For example, a search for greater efficiency can lead to the implementation of a new financial system."
